Facilities currently available within the Angaston business precinct include: Veterinarian, Hair and Beauty. Café’s, Restaurants, Pubs and award winning Pizza establishment. Newsagent, Butcher, 7 day Supermarket, 7 day Bakery. Specialty shops including a Bulk Whole Foods Store and Toy Shop, and a 24/7 Fitness centre.

The Angaston community is served by local doctors and allied health facilities.

Sport & Recreation

COMMUNITY

One of the features of the town is the picturesque sporting oval and surrounds. Organised sport within Angaston includes football, netball, tennis, cricket and lawn bowls

For the agile, young and young at heart, there is a skate park, and for those into general fitness there is a 24 hour gym. The recently upgraded childrens playground in main street is also a hit with the very young.

Education

For young families Angaston offers a child care centre and two schools, one public and a private school for years reception to 7.  Angaston Primary School has 320 students,  angastonps.sa.edu.au, whilst Good Shepherd is a Christian School offering the International Baccalaureate, goodshepherd.sa.edu.au.
